Register with us as a New Patient

Acceptance on to the list is as at the discretion of the Doctor and we may ask you for proof of identity. (Please refer to our registration policy below and why we ask for this). Please note that your medical records may take several weeks to arrive at the Practice.

It can take up to 48 hours for you to be on the system, once we receive your completed registration form and documentation. If you are on repeat medication you will need to make an appointment with the GP before you will be able to re-order your repeat medication. Please allow for the time it takes for your registration to be completed, and allow for the waiting time for a routine GP appointment, at the moment this can be 5 – 6 working days. Please order your repeat medication from your previous surgery, to ensure you do not run out of your medication in the interim.

There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to register with your chosen GP, for example you may live too far away. If this is the case simply choose another GP in your local area. We are a G13 practice and you should be in the G13 postcode area to register here.

It is is important to note that you can only permanently register with a GP practice if you’re staying in the area for more than 3 months.
